Spella is a wonderful space holder for people, for the energies to flow through each and every participant as it is most natural. I had amazingly different experiences each session, from clearing out old traumas to realizing what is next for me to do, from releasing grief to feeling kundalini flowing all over my body and mind... All that 'just' by breathing a certain way AND Spella doing her magic, offering support and healing. How beautiful to experience a deep dive into my own consciousness only by using the right breathing technique.. The breathwork session lead by Spela was one of the deepest experiences I had so far. She welcomed us with all of her presence into a beautifully decorated space making us feel welcome and calm. Spela explained what to expect during the breathwork and guided us into our journey. The music played along was powerful and made it easier to dive in deep. I had a very intense mental and physical experience allowing me to truly connect to my higher self which also brought up some fear and sadness. Fortunately, Spela was holding a safe and loving space for me so I could fully surrender to my journey and allow all emotions and thoughts to come up. It quite shook me how deep I went but I felt safe and calm throughout the experience and got some very important insights about myself. My experience with the breathwork was amazing. In my life, I already tried many different ways or methods to release blockages, emotions, subconscious programs, etc. I was happy to try this one too, with my dear friend Spela guiding me. I trusted her completely when jumping into this new experience. Breathwork was really a unique process to connect to my true self. First, my mind wanted to be the boss, trying to find excuses not to surrender, but at one moment, I just became one with everything and nothing. I was just "floating" in timeless now, seeing colors with my third eye, just being present. Then a moment came when I started to feel tension and pain in some areas of my body which made me realize that there still are some energy blockages that need to be transformed. The journey continues and this session helped me "peel another layer" of what doesn't serve me anymore. I couldn't believe how fast time passed, and I feel really grateful for this experience. Also, the energy of the place felt very calm and welcoming so this definitely helped the process to go so smoothly. I felt completely safe. Thank you, Spela.

What an amazing experience! I had my first breathwork session with Spela it was such a pleasure, she handled the session really well. I was nervous and wondering what would come up and she really guided me with calmness following a playlist that she had just made and went deeper into myself. I felt safe with Spela holding space. We end up the session drawing on a paper where I just put my emotions. After that, I also picked up a message from the universe through her cards, which was very meaningful to me. I was feeling so relieved after the session, and the next day so light and rested. I can't thank you enough for the amazing journey Spela!

I've been searching for the words about this Sunday's heart expansion journey for the whole week, but I can't find them. I don't know how to describe what I experienced. What I can put into words is that this journey and YOU gave me another chance and literally changed my life! I relived the whole experience from the past, but this time: aware, supported, and free with all there is. I rewrote my past, which now doesn't even feel real to me anymore.
