What are the benefits of attending this journey? Breathwork has been shown to have a profound effect on the body. Some of the known benefits include: - It can help increase parasympathetic tone (moving you from ‘fight or flight’ to ‘rest and digest’). - It can help reduce stress, anxiety, grief, depression and anger. - It can increase energy levels and boost your body’s immune system. - It does wonders for increasing your self-awareness, presence, happiness, and access to joy. - It can increase our capacity for self-love by bringing us into our body and seeing our truth. - It can help improve sleep, releases trauma and fear stuck in the body, - It can help reduce pain, releases toxins from the body. - It can improve digestion - It helps you explore altered states of consciousness, consciously!

I have no previous experience with energy or breathwork, can I still attend? YES! Experienced or not, the best way to show up for this journey is with a beginners mind. If you are sensitive to energy it has nothing to do with experience. All you have to do is to relax and have an open mind. It's about feeling and surrendering, not knowing.

Can anyone attend this breathwork journey? Yes, anyone can do breathwork, whether you're young or in your golden years. However, if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, kidney disease, or severe panic attacks, you should consult your doctor first. If you have asthma, make sure to bring your inhaler to your sessions, and if you're pregnant it may be best to wait until the child is born.

What are the best ways to integrate and ground after the breathwork session? GROUNDING INTEGRATION TOOLS • Take a shower • Spend time in nature • Barefoot walks • Sea/river swims • Relaxing yoga • Meditate • Eat grounding foods ( vegetables with roots ) • Journal • Increase water - no caffeine or alcohol • Drawing • Practice Gratitude

How should I prepare for this event? Please eat lightly on the day and if possible do not eat 2 hrs before the class. Wear comfortable clothes. All the details and recomendations will be send to you personally before the acctual journey

Am I going to cry during this session? There are no expectations around your experience in these sessions. While many people feel deep emotion and the release of this emotion through tears, it does not mean your session will be the same. In fact, no two sessions or experiences ever are. In regards to why we cry — it is our body’s way of releasing trauma, undigested emotions, and more simply, stress in the form of cortisol can happen through the release of emotional tears. Our body’s ability to detox stress and trauma from within can produce these emotions, giving people access to healing in a deeply profound way.
