While Heart Expansion Journey remains hugely beneficial for the vast majority of people, precautions do exist. Please take a moment to read through this Informed Consent before attending a Heart Expansion Journey. By attending this journey, you hereby affirm that you have read, understood and agree with the terms and conditions of this disclaimer and that you certify that you are responsible for your own health, mental well-being, decisions and actions as a result of the session and the process. The results may vary from participant to participant. I do not offer any legal, medical, psychological or other professional advice. For any such advice or help, we recommend that you contact a licensed professional. Heart Expansion journey IS GENERALLY NOT SUITABLE for people who currently have or have had in the past, any sort of mental instability, such as (but not limited to) mania, delusion, bi-polar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis or any other sort of unstable mental state, certain types of cardio-vascular problems, epilepsy, recent surgery and woman in pregnancy.

Disclaimer: I realize that heart expansion journey is a powerful tool for accessing my own inner healer and can greatly intensify my transformational process. I hereby acknowledge that i have no such problems or conditions as listed above, or any other physical, mental or emotional conditions that would prevent me from participating in heart expansion journey. I understand that while this journey is ultimately a means of spiritual transcendence and deep healing, an element of unpredictability is always present to participate, i certify that i am either 18 years of age or older, or that i have parental consent, and that i have carefully read this agreement and understand its contents. By participating in heart expansion journey, either in person or online, i understand that it is my participation itself which serves as my full consent, and which acts as an unconditional release of liability for any circumstance or reaction which may occur as a result of the session(s). I release and hold harmless Špela Urbanc, for any and all acts or omissions which grounds for legal action may be, including but not limited to acts or omissions which may constitute ordinary negligence. This release is intended to apply to all acts or omissions whether they be related to the grounds, premises, staff, assistants, agents and/or volunteers and any related individuals or groups. I accept full responsibility for my own physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.
